Can't reboot

When I tap reboot or factory reset, my phone just turns off.

I then have to turn it back on manually. This can't be normal. Has it happened to anyone else?

Phone is stock non rooted.

That's weird. How long does it take to turn back on? ...seconds? ...minutes?

It takes a few minutes. Seems like a normal amount of time considering I have 90 apps installed.

I'm gonna take it to the sprint repair center.

A few minutes sounds like it is doing a full reboot and not just a fastboot. I have more than 90 apps and a fastboot is only about 15 seconds.
