Can't receive pope emails... Any ideas

[Android Central Question]

My new P20 Pro can send, but not receive pop3 emails from my main e mail account. I have triple checked passwords, server, and SSL... Still nothing.
Had no issues with previous Huawei phone, and all above info was exactly the same as above.
Any ideas

Welcome to Android Central! Who's the email provider? What's the sync interval set to for that email account?
