Can't receive text w/photo from Samsung Galaxy s4

My husband has an HTC One that is partitioned into a personal space and a workspace. Recently he has been unable to receive texts with photos from my phone (see subject line). Regular texts he gets just fine. He is also able to receive texts with photos from our kids who heave Iphones. Anyone else with this problem??

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean when you say his phone is partitioned into a personal space and a workspace? Does it have two accounts linked to it?

It's a work phone; I assume the workspace is higher security?

Is he certain his mobile data is on when you're trying to text him the photos? As you may know, photos can't be texted over wi-fi or voice signal.
