Can't Reply to Emails - Work Phone

Started a few weeks ago; thinking MAYBE after an update. What I have already tried:

1. formatted phone and re-entered and still can't reply to emails
2. added the email account to another phone and that works
3. called the Exchange/Email hosting company (AppRiver) and they were not able to assist with it
4. OWA and Outlook work just fine

In short, confirmed/narrowed-it-down to the just the phone which is my Samsung Galaxy S5

I requested a new phone but who knows if/when that will ever happen.

Thinking maybe uninstalling an update but never done that before so need input on that.

Possible different mail program. Suggestions?

use Inbox by Gmail client.

What, exactly, is the issue you're having? You're not real clear on that point. There have been quite a few people recently expressing issues like this and some wonderful member has found a fix. I've been having the same issue at the same time. When I try to reply to a email the the screen says loading message but never actually does. When I try to send the email anyways nothing happens. I have to compose a new email in order to reply.

@mey_dey_ah did you read the post I linked? There was a solution posted there.
