My phone is a 16G Samsung Galaxy and I think it's 4.2.1. I had almost 2 thousand pictures and the last time I checked I had around 4GB left. One time I went travelling and took the SIM card out. Then it became a little laggy and one day I think the system crashed and kept restarting. I couldn't back-up my photos on my computer because everytime I connect and try to install the driver, it says it is unplugged even though it is plugged and turned on. I have problems accessing apps and deleting photos (and viewing them too) etc. everytime it says Android.proccess.(something i forgot) stopped working. and somethings like that. and soon it would restart. Some people said I should reset it to default. I tried the back-up and reset way but it wouldn't restart therefore nothing is deleted. So i tried turning it off and go to boot menu to restart, but after it restarted, nothing was deleted....? What do I do now and what's the problem with my phone?

Are you trying to wipe the device (ie. factory reset) or to get in and have it not crash?

Do you know how to use adb and fastboot commands?
