Can't root Razr Maxx HD after 9.16 update

Decided to root my Maxx HD after installing 9.16 update,tried all the root exploits and all of them failed to root my phone.Any suggestions?
Or any work arounds,or do I have to revert to stock?

I just tried to flash using the RAZR HD utility to go back to 4.0.4...I went through the whole thing and it came up with 4.1.2 :/

I believe that at this time there is no way to root 4.1.2 unless you had root keeper or SuperSU prior to the update. There is also no way (yet?) to backlevel the phone.

I believe that there's the Motorola rsd lite utility to flash the phone to 4.04 but you also need the SBF file.
