can't see lg g3 photos when connected to laptop with USB

connect Lg g3 to laptop by USB can see phone both internal storage and SD card can see many items but no photo's picture file is there but show's empty also if i send photo as an email attachment from Lg to laptop or other device, file arrives there 2 Mb etc but can't open as a photo

Welcome to Android Central! If you're talking about photos that you took with the phone's camera, are you looking at the /DCIM/Camera directory?
