Can't seem to allow auto update for Google or Chrome

I updates for everything but Google and Chrome. The message says I have those items set to NOT auto update, I must tell the phone "OK" to update those two items. I have searched and searched trying to find where to toggle both of them ON without my intervention.

All the searches say " Go to play store" use 3 lines in upper left on screen and find what you want to enable.........<sigh> it would help if I HAD the hamburger or the 3 dots but I have nothing resembling those two things.

Maybe its good that I can't auto update Google and Chrome.... but i'td still be neat to see where you can allow them permission!

Select Chrome in the Play Store and tap the three dots top right, the option should be there.
