Can't Seem to Change Keyboards

I am sure I am simply missing something....

In the past, a long press in any text box for a given application would bring up a menus where you could set the keyboard...yet it doesn't work on my phone, be it the stock messaging / email apps or on K9 either.

Am I missing something?

Look in your notification bar whenever you have your keyboard up. You should see an "input method" notification that you can use to change to whatever you have installed.
