For some reason I am able to receive emails through my exchange account but when I try and send emails they just hang out in my outbox. Someone I work with also has an epic and has no such issues. Gmail works fine and i have a strong connection, any ideas?

I use Touchdown as my Exchange Client. Download from the Market. You get a 30 day free trial. I bought it and I love it. A very powerful application that makes my Epic my office when I am out of the office.
Very easy set-up. Give it a try.. hopefully it will solve your sending email issue.

Touchdown is not a good option. It is actually terrible. My suggestion is to stick to playing games and watching videos - which is what this phone is good for.

I also use touchdown, very very awesome app with lots of options and settings. The email app on the Epic 4g only supports activesync, and you may have some issues on the server side. I know my company has it's incoming server in Germany (German based company) and the outgoing mail server here in the US, which causes a lot of problems for oma/activesync.

I'm having this same issue. OP have you found a solution?

Does anyone else at your company use a non-blackberry to access their email? Are you using the mail.company.com/owa.company.com? They may have a different address for activesync, or they may have activesync disabled.

Having the same problem on my Epic!

Can anyone help on this? It is very important that I get my Exchange on my phone, and everything seems to be set up correctly. mail.microsoft.com, correct domain, etc.

Why Crystal Jewelry Is So Popular

Most people can't afford to have several different real diamond and gemstone necklaces, rings, to choose from, but that doesn't mean you can't still wear jewelry that looks just like you do. crystal jewelry has taken off as one of the most elegant additions to Crystal necklaceCrystal necklace crystal bracelet, plus it is much less expensive than the same piece with equal sizes of diamonds or other gems. Crystal is not just clear like you may expect, there are just as many colors of crystal jewelry as are found in the real gemstones, plus the cut and polishing of the crystal makes them sparkle and shine and have that deep inner fire to Crystal necklace the bead or piece that draws the eye and makes a beautiful presentation. Look for solid construction and craftsmanship and Crystal bracelet stick to well known brands to ensure the best possible quality .

I have had issues with this as well in the past. For some reason the Epic seems very touchy as to what you put for domain\username. I have found that if you just put your username in it seems to work better. I am working off a OWA connection to Exchange so it may be different than your setup, however after numerous attempts this is what I did to get it working.

1. Remove the Exchange Account from the phone.
2. Yank the battery and power it back on.
3. Re add the Exchange account and make sure to just put in the user ID (No domain)
4. Once its added give it some time, I used the default mail settings and changed it after the mail started coming through.

It really is touchy about how the account is added it seems and this may just be a issue with 2.1, either way it just takes some time to get it working properly in some cases.
