Can't Send MMS Messages

Had my Note 3 for a few days now and starting to get a little frustrated. I can't send MMS messages to anyone: tried sending pictures to another android user, tracfone user, iPhone, a fellow Note user, and it won't send to any of them. I've tried restarting my device, ensuring mobile data is turned on, removing battery and sim and reinserting, changing picture size, nothing works. My internet works (both Wifi and 4G), I can send and receive text messages fine, but I can't send at all, and receiving is a hit and miss where sometimes I'll receive it, though most of the times, I won't. Any help?

who is ur service provider, AT&T, TMOBILE, Gophone, Straight Talk, AIO Wireless?

Hmm if you have a whole new line. Then that should rule out the iMessage issue. So you can send and receive regular texts?

I can get regular texts without any issue; however, I can't send any MMS at all, and receiving is a total hit and miss with me not receiving pictures, and only two occasions where I did, though nothing changed in those times (no new apps, removal, etc.)

again I ask, who provides your services, if you are using GoPhone, there should be no problem, if you are using Straight Talk and have the new LTE sim, you have to use tfdata, not att.mvno.

I would bring it back to AT&T and demand that they make it work, your paying huge amount to have something that only works part time, they may have to provisioned the sim card.

hold on, I maybe wrong. do you have messaging active on your phone? pictures are considered MMS, plain character are SMS, if someone send you a text messages imbedded with a picture, its MMS.

Go to your messaging app, go to settings, click MMS or SMS. If you changed any options in the recently, like the receiving of the confirmation texts, take those off. Once I did that, I was able to send picture messages again
