Recently switched from iPhone. Just noticed that my daughter isn't getting any of my picture messages on her iPhone from me. Normal texts go through. I can't send or receive picture messages from her. Something to do with iMessages. I've disabled iMessages on my old iPhone. Not sure what else could be wrong. I can send pictures to other android phones from my pixel 4.

Any ideas?

It must be something to do with your iMessage account, and maybe some sort of deactivation period? I'm not 100% sure, I have never used an iPhone. But I do know that I can send and receive SMS & SMS texts between my Pixel 4 and both my kids iPhones

I've written about my own similar problem as the op. Researching it finds it happens often. It took 3 days for my son to receive a pic I sent, though I thought he had received it when sent.
This is, from my understanding, an issue with Apple treating all messages as mms, and some deep state conspiracy to prevent me from doing the above. JK. The Android to Apple and vv messaging is not as dependable as Apple to Apple or Android to Android.
We worked it out by both having the Viber app. Now there are quite a few more apps to solve this.

Good luck

Welcome to Android Central! Call Apple Support and ask them to make sure your number has been completely removed from the iMessage server.
