Can't send texts on Droid Incredible 1.0. I can receive but can't send!!

I have Verizon Droid and have never had any problems sending texts. I replaced my battery and everythig was fine the 1st day. Sent texts in the morning and by the afternoon.....No one is receiving mine. I can email I can use the phone and I can get online. I have rebooted, pulled the battery again and now I'm wondering if it's the network. This happened to me on my old Nextel phone and the call center was useless there.
