Can't send texts

[Android Central Question]

Hi I have a HTC U11 it restarted a few days ago with no action of my own and I suddenly can't send any texts I can receive texts and calls no problem but when I send texts it says unsuccessful I tried resetting my network restarting my phone changing the service center number everything short of a factory reset anything I can try? I have Verizon and unlimited text and calls
