Cant set contact ringtones

When I try to set a ringtone for a contact, a pop up comes up and says select from Google drive, one drive or sound picker. I have tried all 3 but when I click them there I'd no ringtones on there?

The ringtone I'm trying to set is just a standard one called aqua.

Any ideas?

Look in a folder named Ringtones (case counts). Anything in that folder should show up, but files anywhere else won't.

Welcome to Android Central! When you go to the Settings>Sound>Ringtones menu and set a default ringtone, does it show all of the preinstalled ringtones then?
