Can't set up email

I just gotmy tablet and cannot get it to recognize my Cox email account. I have tried over and over but it keeps saying user name or password incorrect. Anyone know what to do?

Are you sure your inputting the right configuration? Server names? Ports? I know I had a rough time setting my exchange account once but then I remembered my company's server required a "webmail" prefix before the server name; after that it was a breeze.
