Can't sign in to Google play services on my phone

Hi I'm using a tecno h7 jelly bean 4.2.2 phone.
Recently, I restored my phone to factory setting and ever since then I can't sign in to my Google play store, Google play services, Gmail and any Google related application.
Each time to try to sign in it keeps showing the sign in page "existing" or "new", I freaking out I don't know what to do.
I have restored many times still won't stop.
I've even gone as far as downloading the latest versions of Google play services and Google play store same thing.
PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Did the phone originally come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to manually install it yourself?

Also, are you saying that your did a factory reset, and whenever you try to start the phone, it asks you to enter the Google account and password that was originally on the phone? If so, that's Factory Reset Protection. If you do a factory reset without first removing your Google account, it's flagged as a possibly unauthorized factory reset, and the system therefore will ask you for your Google account and password.
