cant sign into anything

ive had my s3 mini for 3 weeks now and its been rather slow. when I went to update an app this morning I was signed out of my google account and now I cant log in! the same has happened with my email and instagram. any idea whats wrong? any help would be extremely appreciated

Try adding the accounts back in settings/accounts.
