Can't stop email notifications

I changed my settings to Control Panel Only and I still get email notifications for subscribed posts. How can I get them stopped?

Set you general settings to Do Not Subscribe and then if you want on the main forum page where there are six buttons one of which are your subscribed threads, click on them and select them all and clear all of them. From then on you not be getting any emails.

I still want to get my notifications through Tapatalk. Will that stop the tapatalk notifications?

You can still get notifications from or through Tapatalk if you wish to or you can completly turn them off from Tapatalk. I know you are using Tapatalk and I don't know how long you have been using it so play with the notifications from within the app until you find what you are looking for. If you need anything else please let me know and I will do more checking and if I find out more I will let you know. I use Tapatalk with a different OS so my knowledge is mainly limited to that. Thank you for the question.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I'm downloading the Android Central App now. I really didnt want to stop the subscriptions to threads. I just didnt want the email notifications for them.

Thank you for downloading our own app and please let me know what you think of it. It is going to be very similar to what you are using now and in the progress of being reworked and placed on Google Play for download, You are going to love it. I see you bounce back and forth from here to iMore and so maybe I will see you there as well.
