Can't tell if something is wrong with my phone

I might be paranoid but I dropped my phone and there are no scratches but when I open up Google Music I see some weird distortion. Is this normal or did I ruin my phone?

Also ignore the crappy music downloaded

That's normal, it's just the way the background is in google music.
