Can't transfer files through usb with my Mac

[Android Central Question]

Good evening.

I have a Galaxy S8
I have a Macbook Pro
I am using android File Transfer
I have the USB debugging option activated

I need to move mi pictures, 4.5 gigas from the phone to Mac

Android file transfer opens but when I tried to copy the files only copy the name of the folder but not the files inside.

I tried to do everything but so far with no success.
