Can't uninstall certain apps.

So my Samsung Galaxy S4 was delivered yesterday and I set it up like normal only to find a lot of pre-installed apps. The problem I am having is that I can't uninstall them. So my question is how do I uninstall an app like that?

You usually can't unless you root you'r device. I see on the Atnt Note3 you can turn those apps off but they are still there taking up space.
This is a big reason why people root their device- just to get rid of bloatware.
