Can't update PRL or profile

I noticed that the Sprint Zone app claims there is a PRL update available for my phone, but I can't get seem to get it. I consistently get the same error message when trying to update both the PRL and profile. I'm roaming when at home, but every other PRL update in the past has been successful while roaming. I tried it earlier today too while on Sprint's network and with a good signal, but I kept getting the same error message. Voice and data are both working fine otherwise. I'm stock and not rooted. Yes it happens quite often. It normally isn't your phone but the network that caused the issue. Keep trying. It really isn't important unless you spend a lot of time roaming.

I had this problem yesterday, I flashed a custom rom and my PRL was stuck at 0 and wouldnt update. A friend of mine who works for sprint told me to use this code and it worked like a charm:
