Can't update software!

Please help me, couple weeks ago I checked my software updates, it didn't even loaded the screen and I recieved an error message. So Ive plugged in my S7 with usb at my laptop and Ive made a hard factory reset. Everything is working fine till tonight! Ive checked my software updates at my phone, it didn't load and Ive got a popup message calling : The systemsoftware didn't put legaly on your mobile phone.. So I cant even update my phone, last time I lost everything.. please help!
