cant update?

So after checking for update. It showed a1.29.666.17 patch after downloading the patch and pressed install. It took me to the boot screen and showed unable to update at the bottom. What seems to be the problem? Is it because my phone is unlocked?

Reboot the phone then try again. If it being unlocked was an issue I don't think it would have even downloaded the update in the first place. Are there any error codes given?

What's the phone make/model?
