Can't update

Hey guys. I have a rooted note 3. I tried to do an OTA update, and it gave me the dreaded device has been modified. I used triangle away and it reset my counter to 0 and status as official. Yet when I try to update is gives me the same "your device has been modified" message! What gives?

You have modified your device. Samsung software is checking for it and thus will not install.

What gives is that your device has been modified. You need to flash completely to stock and then factory reset. Or you can manually flash the new ROM instead of OTA.
