can't USB tether betwween S22 ultra and Mac Ventura 13.5.1

after i upgraded to Mac Ventura 13.5.1, i can no longer USB tether with my S22 Ultra.

anyone having the same issue?

well, i have not tested and compared the two. my initial question, really, is why tether stops working with Mac ventura OS.

If Hotspot offers similar speed, i suppose it would definitely be better without a cable.

I've always used MHS. I never tried tethering.

I connected my Mac Air to my S22 Ultra mobile hotspot which is configured with 5G band. i will say the download speed is very very bad 0.43M

i get between 400-500M download on the phone without turning on mobile hotspot.

is this low MHS speed normal?? can anyone verify it?
