Can't use Bixby Voice while mic is in use with another app

I can't get Bixby to activate by my voice. I've restarted and tried it without opening any apps. I've tried it with bluetooth off. I can't retrain my voice because of this error. I've tried it in safe mode. Any suggestions?

PS, even pressing the Mic icon in Bixby app gives this error while in or out of Safe Mode.

I figured it out. I don't remember doing it but iinto Settings, Settings, Apps,Permission manager and select Microphone, in Samsung Voice Input, I hadn't granted permission to Contacts, location or Phone. Setting those to allow, fixed this problem.
