can't wathch video: hardware isn't supported by the device

[Android Central Question]

I downloaded amazon prime video, I can download the videos but I can't watch any, not downloaded nor in streaming because it says hardware isn't supported by the device

Which device are you using? Did you download the Prime Video app from the Google Play Store, or did you get it from another source? Have you contacted Amazon support (aiv-android-feedback@amazon.com)?
