Capacitive button not working?

Well, I just got a CLNR Rezound for the issue I posted in the other thread. Anyway, I noticed that the capacitive buttons are not working on the new CLNR I just got. The capacitive buttons seem to be lighting up just fine on my 2 other Rezound. Anyone else ever have this problem?

I figure...capacitive buttons lighting up must be part of their "over 100 point inspection", but i guess not.

Haha, I did before my refurb, as well. Not that I wanted to do it but seeing that friggin search button drove me bonkers

You were lied to. Verizon's website says 100+ point inspection.

I believe the grading system on that inspection is 1 point for every dollar you just forked over.
