Capitalizing Voice Recognition?

I have looked all over, but I can't find directions on how to use Voice Recognition. With that said, I have figured out most of it, but I can't figure out how to get it to capitalize the first word of a sentence. I know if you say 'period' or 'question mark' at the end it will put a period or question mark at the end, but if you say 'capital' at the beginning it will spell out the word 'capital'. lol.

Any help would be appreciated.
