I just got my Galaxy S Captivate today and I love it. I was having problems with getting DoubleTwist to sync my playlists from iTunes using a Mac with OS X. I found a solution to the problem and figured that others may be having the same issue.

Basically, you're turning on USB Debugging. The link above isn't very clear so for those who aren't very technical. The steps you would take are:
1. Go into "Settings"
2. Choose "Applications"
3. Choose "Development"
4. Choose "USB Debugging" - you'll get a prompt about what it does etc - don't worry about it. It won't break anything.
5. Exit settings
6. Start up "DoubleTwist"
7. Follow the instructions in "DoubleTwist"
I hope this helps others who might have had this problem. I got a LOT of information from Android Central before I decided to drop the iPhone/iOS and move to a more advanced OS
I figure I should give back now!
