Car bluetooth ringing

I just got the s10, and connected to my car/ bluetooth. When I receive or make a call, after a few minutes a ringing or alarm starts going off during the call. If I transfer to the phone, the ringing continues. If I hang up, the ringing continues. It stops when I restart the phone. What is this, and how do I stop it?
