Car Charger help!

I just bought this car charger for my S3...
High Powered MicroUSB Car Charger with LCD Screen For Samsung Galaxy S 3 III | eBay

I am wondering though if the power rating (700 mAh) is to low to charge the S3 effectively? And what should the power rating be to charge an S3 effectively and fast? THANKS!

The home charger is 1000mAh. or 1amp. So it will charge the device but it will take longer then the home charger.
Keep this in mind if your using the device while its plugged into the car charger. If your streaming music or using navigation you might be breaking even as far as what goes into the battery and what the device is consuming.
Not sure why the seller listed a 700mAh device as high powered.

One of my favorites is a Motorola car charger that puts out 1000mah. I measured that with my EVO 3D and an app called Battery Monitor Widget a year ago.
The moto one has a bit longer then usual cord which i like, and its got a circle at the end, with a clear M logo that when plugged in illumantes Blue.. Ill try to get a pic..

I was about to buy that one actually! But then I figured it would look kinda dumb considering it's Motorola and I have a Samsung.... just didn't like it haha.

I used it a lot when i had my EVO 3D, then on my Galaxy S2 Epic Touch.
I dont use it as much now though. My EVO LTE seems to be doing well in the battery department.
