Is there a car charger for pixel that works with the usb ports already in my car? I do I have to use the cigarette lighter one?

You can simply use the appropriate cable to charge via the USB port(s) in you car. However, keep in mind that they probably will not charge as fast as a dedicated charger.

If you are using the USB port that is the charger and all you use is the cable but it's usually low output
