Car Dock

Messing with the car dock last night while on my way home from work. I found that I wished that I could change almost all of the shortcuts in the Music menu (besides the lower right icon) to different programs rather than the podcast - internet radio etc...

Anybody know a way to do this with the stock software settings?

I searched here already and found the thread about the car dock app from KoukiFC3S..Not sure I wanna go that route yet..
