Car kit audio port out?

Does anyone else use the car kit from Verizon. There's an audio out port on it that doesn't seem to work at all.

Suggestions?

you have to wait until 2.2 is released for it to work.

no, it's odd that the home dock has a sticker on top of the audio port telling you that you need 2.2, but they didn't stick it on the car dock.

rest assured that's the problem though. at least it means they are indeed gracing us with 2.2 in the near(ish) future...

right?
