I ordered the Innotraveler kit from Seidio for my EVO because it could handle the EVO with the extended battery and the HTC car kit can't. The Seidio product arrived quickly and it does it's intended job nicely. There was a problem though. Upon plugging in the power supply to the mini usb jack, the charger worked for maybe three minutes. The mini usb jack seems to have become disconnected in the base of the charger... Damn. This thing looked to have a lot of potential. A visit to Seidio's website and filling out a request for a replacement of the defective product was all it took for Seidio to reply with the news that a replacement has been shipped and when I get it, to simply return the defective part... This is pretty good customer service in my book...
