Carrier apps?

I'm switching back to a android after 6 months of a Verizon iPhone 4(required to have by company) and i quit last Friday so im looking at boost mobile and virgin mobile, i had sprint before so i know there network is pretty solid were i live but my question is if i get a boost or a virgin mobile phone can i get the apk for sprint cup NASCAR app and install it and have it work on boost or virgin mobile. I am looking at the zte warp, lg marquee(both boost) and the Motorola triumph on virgin mobile. Thanks for the help.
