After playing with the g flex, G2 and HTC one m8 i was pretty sure that the s5 would follow suit on att and have a mandated carrier IQ that was forced on. On first boot it looks like u have the option to disable it on the S5! This is great for anyone who either doesn't like wake locks or the idea of the carriers being able to "anonymously" collect your data. Enjoy!
