Case for G7

I'm lovin' this case! The case itself is soft and textured. Very hard to describe, but I like it a lot. As for the overall fit, I can say with very high confidence that I've never had a better fit in any case in my life. Does it have much of a lip around the screen like it does for the camera? Also, what about shock absorption from drops?

It has a slight lip around the display, just enough to keep the screen elevated if you place it on a table. As for protection, it's better than using the phone naked. But I primarily like this case for the grippy feel.

Note about the Ringke Air and Onyx. They are both VERY slim, yet feel like they will offer a bit of drop protection. The Onyx is only SLIGHTLY thicker than the Air so if you're concerned about size, feel free to go with the more protective Ringkes as they are nearly the same size as the Air.

The smoked/black air looks fantastic with the red Tmobile G7. Gives it a dark, rich look while letting just a bit of red show through.

We have a contender. I stumbled onto this one on eBay. It's extremely well built, has a leather insert into a hard rubber almost bumper case in a way that protects the leather from getting corner damage. The sides have nice responsive molded buttons and what looks like a carbon fiber insert on each lower half for grip. It fits the G7 really close to the screen in front it's really a snug almost tailored fit. Everything about it is quality.

My only concern would be that it's almost flush with the screen so face down protection is minimal without a screen protector.

My biggest surprise was that it looks 100% better on my phone than any of the pictures in the listing.

I wasn't real impressed when I took it out of the box but it's a really well thought out case. It's a heavier TPU and Textured in all the right places. Especially on the sides below the buttons. A really fine cross hatch that feels great in hand.

That case looks good, but I need better protection than even that can offer. This unicorn beetle pro does an excellent job! I was seriously standing in a huge cloud of dust from my operator dumping rock in the trench with me, when I got home the case was grey with dust. Took the phone out and not a grain of dust got inside

Wife and I each got a G7 over the weekend. I went with the Anccer case for my phone. It's very slim, though the feel is pretty slick. Just got it today and I'm not sure if I like the feel in the hand. it is probably the slimmest fitting case I've ever gotten for a smart phone.

My wife went with the clear Ringke slim case. She has the Raspberry red version, so she likes being able to see it. Fits nicely. Feels about what you would expect for a tpu case.

I have both cases and alternate although I give the Anccer a lot more time. Like the look( blue ) and the smooth feel.
