Case issues; auto answering phone calls

Hi, I recently bought a Momax Flip Diary Case for my Samsung Galaxy S4 and have a problem that when I open and sometimes just grab the case, phone calls are automatically answered and sometimes even rejected. I have tried every setting I can think of but can't find anything to stop this happening. Also by just opening the case, alarms are turned off without given me the opportunity of snoozing the alarm first.
Help please, I'm so frustrated!
