Case Mate Tough Clear meets drop on concrete

Getting out of van and holding phone and two dogs on leashes. The Case Mate tough case is a bit slippery so I accidentally dropped it and it bounced real good, s pen popped out and went a few feet. Dropped from about 4 feet.

Results.... z e r o damage phone and case cant show the phone because I'm on it, but I checked it over well. Case about $30 I believe when I got it

Wish they would make the black tough case with texture. I've always loved their tough case.

Wow, such a thin case and it protected it. I use the Defender but I'm supposed to get the Armadilotek tomorrow which if you look on youtube is drop tested. I also got the Samsung rugged case and Caseology Legion which I don't like the sharp edges on. If I don't like the Armadillotek I'll switch back to my Defender but I think I'll like it because I had it for my Note 5.

So the Samsung rugged case should protect too if this thin case protected your phone.

Its thin to a point but has quite supportive corners and the plastic is a stronger, better quality than the cheaply type cases.
