May I have the technological reason why on my horrible sidekick 4g I had the SIMPLE BUILT in capability to have a reject list add #s hang up on ALL UNKNOWN/BLOCKED callers like my house phone does...well....

I tried downloading " Call Block"...and "Call Block Unlimited" and Profile Call Blocker" all making my phone ring about damn near the whole 30 sec BEFORE It take actions, 1 time it didn't work @ all , 1 time it wrked right away etc but I quickly uninstalled restarted my phone and now within the first ring MY phone ring no more delay so I know its the app......

does ANYONE have a TRIED TESTED RELIABLE DIRECT link to application that is 100% FREE ? I mean I just want a simple reject list to block ALL unknown/restricted #s and hang up on them....and allow me to add specific #s as I please..my sidekick was so cool when u call it private it barely rings once before the line goes dead...SWEET!

Wow you just, made me aware of the "reject call" "send to voice mail" button that was inputted in the stock dialer. So I guess they removed this feat. From this phone?

Your "attempt" failed...Clearly "Auto" reject list is different from "reject call" the PURPOSE of this setting i to AVOID random unknown callers even getting access to even LEAVE a voicemail it hangs up on them I dont sit by my phone to watch it ring....smh...comprehension is a task for some

OP, seriously, did you put your number on the national do not call list? I did a few years back and I never get spam calls

My bills are paid and dont be mad at me because someone lacks thought process..and me changing my # doesn't stop the effect of restricted calls...its a personal iritation I have with blocked numbers lol thats all....I READ several DUMB post but I DO not reply...so why respond to a thread if your not going to answer the question..if you felt like u didnt want to answer then WHY waste YOUR time posting !

Call Control by Kedline (?) is perfect. I am trying to see what the difference is in pay/non-pay versions. From market, it downloads free but installs a trial if pro. Says after 14 days, reverts to free, but not telling the difference. I tried it by having son call my cell from house. Unlisted number. Didn't even ring! Saw in notification bar that call was blocked.

May be worth looking at!
