Cell-Standby- 70% normal??

My phone all of a sudden been losing battery faster than usual today. I noticed cell standby is at 70% on battery. I dont remember seeing this. anyone else?>

What's the cell signal like? Go to Settings/Battery and tap on the battery graph. You should see a color bar for Mobile Network Signal--is there a lot of red? Also, on your battery stats, tap Cell Standby--is there a high percentage of "Time without a signal"? If so, then poor cell signal is likely causing battery drain, because your cell radio is straining to pick up a signal.
