Cell standby draining battery..

When i first got the phone the battery life was great for the first day or two, now it seems that cell standby is taking up the most battery percentage... even after clearing all my tasks... any suggestions?

cell standby is apparently an error. it's reporting an incorrect percentage. Essentially the radio power usage is set too high in battery statistics so it's reporting a higher percentage than true.

correct. just to note, it's not actually draining your battery, it's just being incorrectly calculated
