Cell standby

[Android Central Question]

My device is redmi note 10 pro max and I buy the device on 1 April 2021 and it's battery drain in night and go to setting see cell standby consume more than 15 -20 present battery in night so please reply me how to stop Or delete cell standby

Cell standby is just what it says, it's the phone standing by ready to accept an incoming call. The only way to disable it would be to completely shut off the phone.

Welcome to Android Central! If you're having unusually fast battery drain with most of it being due to Cell Standby, that can be due to poor cell signal. How is your cell signal strength?
