Ok, am I just not looking in the right place? I have the cell mapper app (which is pretty cool) but I can't find the place to get my data. It'll let me put a user name and pw in. I found a website that has some info at www(dot)lasvagrans(dot)org, but that didn't really have any info either. Anyone else have experience with this?

You get and generate data on Cell towers as you move about. As far as I understand it doesn't come pre-installed with local locations, it's up to you and your device to find those as you travel.

In the app I can put in my login data. WHat is that for? It says I can look at my data later, but where?
