Certificate Pop up

The last few days I have been getting a certificate pop-up on my phone. Any idea what it means? Says it's from AT&T which is my carrier but I've never seen this sort of pop-up on any phone I've ever had. Any clue?

Do you have "connect to AT&T Wi-Fi hotspots" enabled and if so have you tried toggling that setting off to see if the pop-up goes away?

Yes I do have that on. I will turn it off and if it goes away. Thanks.
