Change Calendar Task Color

I have my tasks syncing with my Exchange server using the built in calendar. I don't use tasks often but I have just added one and it is white lettering on the calendar beige background. Does anyone know how I can possibly change this? It's almost unusable as it is.

mine is teal letters on white background. it is unusable ....samsung live help was of no use!

Yep. They also thought I was crazy when I asked about a recurring task function. Now syncing tasks to my Exchange server removes recurrence. So I'm thinking I shouldn't even try syncing tasks to the phone.
